Abstract

The article discusses one of the topical issues of higher education – to identify not only the features of preparing postgraduate students for the defense of dissertations for an academic degree, but also the reasons that impede this process. It is obvious that the secret of the quality of training of specialists was formed long before the onset of the 21st century, having undergone six significant transformations during this time, which today do not contribute very much to the quality of graduation of specialists. high-quality training of postgraduate students for the defense of a dissertation for an academic degree, an analysis of the regulatory documents of the Russian Federation, Russia and foreign countries in terms of the procedure for admission and training in graduate school was carried out.  It is revealed that this process has differences both in the organizational structure of the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, and in the procedure for defending dissertations. Based on the monitoring of the reasons affecting the training of postgraduate students in the higher school of the Russian Federation, measures to eliminate them are proposed.

Abstract

The article examines the fundamental approaches to the personnel training system of Russia and China, while covering the elements of pre-training at the very beginning, and concluding with a system of postdocs. Based on the analysis, some conclusions are drawn that can become the basis for further discussion of the problems identified in the article.

Abstract

The performance of the front of work during the elimination of the consequences of emergencies in the established time depends on the state of the set of mechanization means. Assessment of the state of ground transport and technological means can be carried out using the fuzzy set theory, creating models on its basis for assessing various indicators based on subjective feelings and in the presence of insignificant information about equipment, personnel and their joint work.  obtained on the basis of the theory of fuzzy sets, and the method of their development are tested on specific data, which makes it possible to identify significant factors that are classified as non-normalizable, but have a significant impact on the state of technical means.  The proposed methodology makes it possible to exclude the subjective opinion of experts, which is currently used in the construction of models.

Abstract

This article discusses the results of a full-scale experiment to assess changes in the stress-strain state of the lower suspension arm of a self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT) during its operation using the electrical strain gauge method. The relevance of this article is that the presented information on the change in the stressstrain state of the lower suspension arm can be used in the design of domestic analogues of SPMT and for the selection of appropriate materials for the manufacture of structural elements of the modular transporter suspension.

Abstract

Slewing bearings are widely used in self-propelled jib cranes, naval artillery mounts, excavators, motor graders and graders, hoisting vehicles, machine tools, etc., and are designed to rotate their slewing parts relative to fixed ones, and are used in products operating with low rotation speed. The main structural elements of the devices are the geared ring of the turntable and sealing elements, which, under the influence of changing operating conditions, are subject to wear and change in the stress-strain state during operation. The article discusses changes in the state of the contacting surfaces of non-metallic materials (caprolon and rubber products) and structural steels of the elements of the slewing support, the failure of which creates an emergency, which leads to a violation of the performance of the machine as a whole.
