TRANSPORTATION, MINING AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINE BUILDING
The paper considers ways to compensate for the angle of inclination of the underbody rail track caused by elastic deformations of the superstructure of the bridge crane. A mechanical adaptive system is proposed as an alternative to construction lifting, as a way to compensate for the slope angle. The possibilities of using an adaptive mechanical system are shown, as well as a variant of its design.
This article discusses the suspension design of a self-propelled modular vehicle (SMS) and the method of calculating the force acting in the hydraulic cylinder of this suspension, as well as calculating the pressure in the hydraulic system of a modular conveyor.
The relevance of this article is due to the fact that the issues of research into the functioning of the SMS suspension have not been sufficiently studied at the present time. There are no methods for calculating the SMS suspension, which can lead to suboptimality of the suspension design and, as a result, to a decrease in its reliability, an increase in its weight and test volumes.
In the introduction, an example of the CMTS module and its hydraulic suspension is considered; the main schemes for constructing the STS are shown; the scope of application of modular conveyors and their functions are described. The main part of the article presents methods for calculating the force acting in a hydraulic cylinder and the pressure of the hydraulic lifting system of self-propelled modular vehicles.
The article discusses the possibilities and experience of using self-propelled modular conveyors for the transportation of large-sized heavy equipment. Based on the analysis and generalization of experience, typical technological operations have been identified. Their implementation requires specialists who have not only general technical training, but also have special knowledge and skills. The list of such competencies has been developed by the authors and is presented in this article.
HEAT ENGINES, HYDRAULIC MACHINES, REFRIGERATING AND CRYOGENIC EQUIPMENT
The article substantiates a new approach to the assessment of the thermal stress of the parts of the cylinder piston group of a turbo piston engine. As a criterion, it is proposed to use the average cycle temperature, calculated as the arithmetic mean of the average temperatures of the working fluid in the characteristic processes of the actual engine cycle. Such a criterion provides the most complete and visual representation of thermal tension. Experimental data confirm the correctness of the approach and the choice of criteria.
MECHANICS
The article presents a methodological approach to compiling a non-credit rating of industrial and business enterprises. This approach is focused on the target group, which includes consumers of goods, works and services. The basis of the methodological approach is the heuristic method of system analysis, which made it possible to identify the necessary basic properties of enterprises. By combining the basic properties, an indicator is obtained, the numerical values of which are used to compile the rating. By decomposition of the basic properties, a local set of particular properties forming a hierarchical structure is found. The presence of such a structure makes it possible to use a linear mathematical model for practical calculations. The arguments of the model are indicators of properties, the values of which are determined based on the source data. The significance of the indicators is determined by weighting coefficients, which are determined once by the method of an expert survey. The single involvement of experts makes it possible to minimize the influence of a subjective factor and transfer this influence from the category of accidental to the category of systematic, which is quite easy to account for. The main provisions of the article were tested when compiling the rating of carriers of large-capacity oversized equipment "1000 tons", when developing the national standard GOST R 66.9.03 - 2016 "Assessment of the experience and business reputation of organizations engaged in the transportation of bulky heavy goods", as well as during the competition "5 stars. Leaders of the chemical industry".
