Reviewing
Articles planned for publication in the journal are reviewed for peer review. Review (from lat. recensio "review") should contain a qualified analysis of the article material, an objective, reasoned assessment of it, and a conclusion on the feasibility of publication in the journal. Reviews are kept in the editorial office of the journal.
When a manuscript is submitted to the editorial office, it is initially reviewed and checked for compliance with the subject matter and formal requirements of the publication. In case of non-compliance with the subject matter or formal requirements, the article is not accepted for consideration and the author is notified about it. If the article meets the subject matter and formal requirements, then it is sent for review to the reviewer.
The reviewer is appointed by the editorial board from among recognized experts on the subject of peer-reviewed materials.
The reviewer reviews the article in accordance with the established Rules.
Review results are submitted by reviewers in writing on a formalized form or in free form.
Based on the review results, the reviewer can recommend the article for publication, or not recommend it for publication, or indicate the need for revision.
The editorial board notifies the authors of the review results.
If the authors disagree with the reviewer, another reviewer may be appointed by the editorial board.
If the reviewer's opinion is positive, the article is accepted for publication by the editorial board's decision. The editorial board does not enter into discussions with the authors of rejected materials.
The review procedure is anonymous for authors. By the decision of the editorial board, blind or double-blind peer review is applied with the involvement of one or two experts.
Reviewing articles can take anywhere from two to four weeks.

Ethics of scientific publications
1. Introduction
A scientific publication is the final stage of any research and should contain a fairly complete description of the research performed: the procedure for conducting research, accepted hypotheses and assumptions, and an exhaustive description of the results obtained. Authors of publications must be guided by the principle of honest presentation of results, avoid ambiguities and inaccuracies.
2. Integrity and reliability of results
2.1. Published research results must be obtained in accordance with generally accepted ethical standards without violating laws or infringing on anyone's rights.
2.2. Data processing should be carried out using scientifically based methods.
2.3. Authors are collectively responsible for the content of their publications. Publications should be carefully reviewed to ensure that all methods and results are described correctly.
3. Honesty
3.1. Researchers should publish their results fairly, without falsifying or distorting the results. Images obtained as a result of research should not be modified.
3.2. Publications should contain sufficient information to allow other researchers to repeat the described experiments. You should not omit untenable or unexplained results in order to confirm or refute any hypotheses. All hypotheses accepted in the research process and existing limitations should be described in the publication.
3.3. If the authors find any errors in the accepted or published works, they should report this to the editorial office of the journal and work together with the editorial office of the journal to correct the errors as soon as possible.
3.4. Authors should correctly refer to the work of other researchers. Authors should not use references to literature from other publications if they have not worked with this literature themselves.
3.5. New results should be published in the context of previous studies. It is necessary to sufficiently reflect the work of other researchers in this field. Individual opinions defending any one point of view cannot be considered as a theoretical review of existing results.
4. Interaction with authors
4.1. Decisions on acceptance for publication or refusal to publish are based on the criteria of relevance, scientific novelty and clarity of presentation of the material.
4.2. Decisions on acceptance for publication or refusal to publish are not changed, unless new circumstances arise that require revision of the decision.
4.3. Authors have the right to appeal against the decision made in relation to their article, stating the grounds for reviewing the decision.
4.4. The editorial board informs the authors about the procedure for submitting articles for publication, the procedure for making decisions on publication, and the requirements for articles published in the journal.
4.5. The editorial board of the journal ensures the confidentiality of the materials and information that the authors provide to the journal.
5. Scientific novelty
5.1. The authors are responsible for the originality of the submitted article and must ensure that this article is not published in another publishing house in any language.
5.2. Copyrighted material may be used only with the permission of the copyright holder and with appropriate instructions.
5.3. The published article should contain references to relevant research and works in this field, both by its own authorship and by other researchers. References to fundamental works in this field are appropriate.
5.4. Data, text, images or ideas created and developed by other authors should be submitted with appropriate links. Original text taken from third-party works should be quoted in quotation marks.
5.5. Authors should inform publishers that the submitted results have been published earlier or there are works devoted to a different type of analysis of the same data, etc., which are currently under consideration in other journals. Copies of these works should be attached to the article.
5.6. Publications that are a continuation of any work should refer to this work. It should also indicate the availability of various translations of the work or its adapted versions for different audiences, which should have a link to the original work. If the author has any doubts, it is best to ask the author of the original work for permission.
6. Transparency
6.1. All sources of funding for research, equipment and materials should be indicated in the paper. Authors should also indicate the role of sponsors in organizing and conducting the study, analyzing the data obtained, and publishing the results.
6.2. Authors should identify financial and non-financial interests that may affect the interpretation of the results. This may be, for example, an existing link to the journal where the work is published (for example, a member of the editorial board publishes their work in their own journal). Possible conflicts of interest should also be indicated.
7. Authorship
7.1. Scientific publications answer not only the question of what was discovered, but also who made this discovery. Therefore, the indication of authorship, as well as the indication of the author's contribution to the work done, should be as accurate as possible.
7.2. The editorial board of the journal does not solve the problem of authorship. The responsibility for correct attribution lies with the authors themselves.
7.3. The authors of the article include only those who have made a real contribution to the work. Ghost authors, as well as guest authors and authors who have received this status as a gift must be excluded.
7.4. All authors must give their consent to be included in the list of authors, as well as consent to the latest version of the published work. Any changes to the list of authors must be approved by all authors. The responsible author is only an intermediate link between the editorial board and co-authors and should inform them about the main stages of publication.
7.5. Authors should not include in the acknowledgment section persons who did not contribute to the work on the published material.
8. Awareness and responsibility
8.1. All authors should have a complete understanding of the published material, as well as be sure that the publication meets the established requirements.

9.1. Authors must ensure that the article is reviewed only in one journal (publisher) at the same time.
9.2. Authors should inform the editorial board of their desire to withdraw the article or provide a reasoned justification for not changing its content after the reviewers have received conditional consent.
9.3. Authors must respond to reviewers ' comments correctly and in a timely manner.
9.4. Authors must respect the requirements of publishers.
