Design and manufacture of modern cable cars in Russia: engineering challenges and automation of technological processes
Abstract
The article discusses modern approaches to the design of passenger suspension cable cars in the Russian Federation. The main stages of technological design, the development of a longitudinal profile, engineering calculations of load-bearing structures and the formation of accounting documentation are presented. Ruslet's experience in creating interactive tools, parametric 3D models, and an end-to-end database for automating calculations and design is described. Special attention is paid to geotechnical calculations and the implementation of domestic software in accordance with the requirements of import substitution and industrial safety.
