Abstract
The article is devoted to the biography of Axel Ivanovich Berg – admiral engineer, academician of the USSR Academy of Sciences, Hero of Socialist Labor, outstanding scientist-radio engineer and cyberneticist, founder of a number of directions of domestic schools of radio engineering, biological cybernetics and biotechnical systems and technologies.
