Приведены основные критерии сравнения и рассмотрены преимущества компактных систем хранения. Описана конструкция и принцип работы гравитационных стеллажей для паллет. Проведён сравнительный анализ гравитационных стеллажей для паллет с шаттловыми и фронтальными стеллажами для паллет. Выявлены основные преимущества гравитационных стеллажей для паллет, которые по сравнению с другими компактными системами хранения обеспечивают высокую производительность, плотность хранения и являются более рентабельными по сравнению с шаттловыми стеллажами при глубине канала менее 15 паллет. Определены основные конструктивные параметры металлоконструкции гравитационных стеллажей для паллет. Полученные результаты предполагается использовать в методике расчёта металлоконструкции гравитационных стеллажей для паллет.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents an overview and analysis of the designs of domestic and foreign manufacturers of live pallet racking. The main comparison criteria are given and the advantages of compact storage systems are considered. The design and operating principle of live pallet racking are described. A comparative analysis of live pallet racking with shuttle and frontal pallet racks was conducted. The main advantages of live pallet racking are identified, which, compared to other compact storage systems, provide high productivity, storage density and are more cost-effective than shuttle racks at channel depths of less than 15 pallets. The main design parameters of the metal construction of live pallet racking are determined.
