В статье рассмотрены принципиальные подходы к системе подготовки кадров России и Китая, охватывая при этом элементы предварительной подготовки кадров в самом начальном звене, и завершая системой постдоков.
На основе проведенного анализа делаются некоторое выводы, которые могут стать основой для дальнейшего обсуждения обозначенных в статье проблем.
The article examines the fundamental approaches to the personnel training system of Russia and China, while covering the elements of pre-training at the very beginning, and concluding with a system of postdocs. Based on the analysis, some conclusions are drawn that can become the basis for further discussion of the problems identified in the article.
